BUMPDATE WEEK 32
Guyyss, I feel like I've been pregnant foreverrrrr and I still have 2 more months to go! haha Despite that, I have a feeling these next few weeks are going to fly by! The past month the nesting bug hit hard! I've been decluttering and rearranging our entire home to make room for little miss Kinsley. One year ago we moved from our 2,000 square foot home in Sacramento to this cozy 900 square foot beach house in San Diego. For the past year we've been living like pack rats so it has felt amazing to get rid of the unnecessary items and be ORGANIZED! The guest bedroom furniture went into the master, the master furniture went into our storage unit. I was able to clear out two of our closets so Spencer finally has his own space for his clothes and Kinsley will have her own as well. I reorganized both our bathrooms, our hall closet and also got rid of a lot of cluttering decorations. I am in love with how much more simplified our house has become. Kinsley's nursery has been well under way and I couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. I will be doing a nursery reveal in the next coming weeks and I can not wait to share.
My emotions and exhaustion have been at an all time high. By the end of the day my heels and back are killing me and I'm emotionally drained. I've had random crying spells over the dumbest things such as dropping three eggs on the ground. & when I say crying spells. . . I mean I absolutely lost it. I was just sooo tired and the last thing I wanted to do was clean up four cracked eggs on the ground, hence comes the waterworks. haha It really is crazy how little control you have over your body. I mean I've always been one to wear my heart on my sleeves and can't hide how I'm feeling but pregnancy is on a whole different level. Other than the uncontrollable emotions, exhaustion and body aches; pregnancy has been really good to me! I've been able to continue traveling up to the bay area to see family with no problems, I've been able to eat and do whatever I want and I have loved growing this baby girl. As we are getting closer and closer to the finish line I am getting more and more eager to meet her. I've been doing a lot of daydreaming of my favorite time of the year, Christmas. I'm envisioning the three of us curled up next to the Christmas tree and a warm fire. We will be in Lake Shasta so I'm praying for some snow. . . how magical would that be?
